Workers to be provided for free

We have nurses, Care Workers, Care Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Support Workers , cleaners who can assist your company with the following duties.

• Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet
• Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary 
•  Helping to tidy the patient’s room

• Talking to service users and reassuring them
•  Attending meetings with other healthcare professionals
•  recruiting healthcare staff  and support workers when needed
• Adhering to professional standards
•  Delivering reports to your Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition

We also have support workers that perform the following duties

• shopping.
• befriending
• Kitchen porter.
• Washing and dressing patients(laundry))
• Serving meals and helping to feed patients(cateer.

We will not mind if it is possible for you to let us know the negative issues your company is facing at the moment and the obstacles you are facing to enable us to see the problem from your own perspectives, Example, not having enough workers, not having enough time to motivate and train your staff to meet your goals and subsequent financial losses to the company. Also, we will like it if you let us know any solutions you would like us to implement or problems you would like us to solve.

All our healthcare Assistants and support workers are always concerned and responsible for the well-being of the patients assigned to them. This can also include helping patients with everyday activities like using the bathroom or taking medication along with monitoring a patient’s progress and reporting their findings to the managers and the patient’s family. They do with little or no salary because some of them are volunteers.

If you don’t mind, we can send some workers for your current vacant positions for one or two days to know the responsibilities involved and for you to get a better idea of how we can help you to fill the vacancies and solve any other challenges you are having for advancement of your business. Because the purpose of this proposal is to describe briefly the area or areas your company would benefit from us and for you to outline the problems that we can help your company to solve.  

We have interviewed, trained some staff and have worked with many care homes and hospitals in the United Kingdom. Example Wensley house care home in Epping, Holistic community care in Bexley and Queen Elizabeth hospital in London to mention but a few. And we can train and provide health care workers that their main concerns and responsibilities revolve around the well-being of the patients assigned to them. And we urge you to make the proposed change immediately to save your company time and money.
